Hello everyone!

Transformation projects start and end, but when you adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset, you’ve decided to continuously evolve, mature and get better without the need for a BIG funded transformation project. But what does it take to make continuous improvement part of your DNA?

Honestly, the biggest success factor (and blocker) is your leadership team and how they view the role of managers and the value of pausing to measure and grow. We’ve watched some customers over the past several years use AgilityHealth just to get the data and then delegate the improvements down to their teams. We’ve watched others really take the Organizational growth items that teams have raised to their leaders very seriously. They form Continuous Improvement Leadership Teams (CILT) who’s main focus is to remove these obstacles, which as you can imagine, has a BIG impact on the team’s performance and overall happiness. Learn more.

How do you improve team maturity?_social

Speaking of happiness and managers, our next research report will focus specifically on this topic. We’re excited to share with you the findings on how Managers can impact the happiness of your team members which leads to retention and less attrition. Stay tuned!

Here at AgilityHealth, we’re on this journey as well. We just released our  update AgilityHealth Facilitator course based on feedback from you. We’ve shortened it and focused on the core facilitation skills needed to help teams open up and build actionable growth items.

Continuous improvement, like transformation, is a journey, not a destination. Sometimes it is fun and exciting, sometimes it can be hard, but you’ll need to dedicate time and energy for it to be part of your DNA, the results are measurable and have high impact!

Thanks for being a part of our journey!

Within this refreshed course you'll learn how to effectively set-up a company, prepare, facilitate, & help the team focus on their continuous improvement.
