We are so excited to share our research with you around the Top Predictors of Team Performance! It’s been a dream of mine for many years to share our thought leadership in an industry-level report, and thanks to our AgilityHealth® product team, Kevin Mitchell from University of Nebraska at Omaha, and our wonderful partner Evan Leybourn from the Business Agility Institute, that dream is now a reality. Big shout out to Lisa Smith from Deloitte for sponsoring this report and sharing it in their global insights channels!
We had our soft launch event on November 10th with a webinar sharing our findings. If you missed the webinar, you can DOWNLOAD the report and WATCH the webinar below.
Our research confirmed what we have long believed - there IS a correlation between qualitative maturity and quantitative performance for teams. Our hypothesis:
“Maturity is a leading indicator of Performance,
which leads to Business Outcome delivery”
With the help of our partners at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, we crunched the numbers and have proof that the first part of the hypothesis holds true...and we are continuing our research to prove out the rest, so there is more to come!
We are looking forward to continuing our journey of exploring team maturity with all of you!
