and we feel the momentum and the success of our friends, customers and partners. One word I keep thinking of is RESILIENT.
Yes, we've all learned how to survive and even thrive in turbulent times. We've learned the importance of health, family, and relationships. The year ahead might put us to the test yet again, but this time we come prepared with knowing how to be RESILIENT.
What lessons did you learn this past year?
Who touched your life in a meaningful way?
What are you most proud of? What are you grateful for? Ponder these questions as we close out this year.
For me, I want to share a few highlights from this year:
We held our first ever virtual AgilityHealth® Customer Summit where our amazing customers shared their stories of growth and improvement.
We spent a lot of intentional time this year investing in personal learning and growth for many of our team members, and I feel it shows in how we are growing as a company.
We have really looked at how we need to grow to help our customers, so we have added some key roles to our team, including our CTO, Srikanth Victory - please read more about him below. 😊
So where are we headed in 2023?
Continuous Improvement is top of mind, and really enabling our customers to keep moving forward, even if times are challenging. We are seeing 3 primary themes in our conversations with leaders:
Talent Development is something that comes up in almost every conversation we have - do our people have the right skills and are they in the right roles? If not, how can we get them there? If they are, how can we help them excel and be successful? There are 5 key roles that enable teams to be stronger: View Talent Jump Start
Next isTeam Health & Performance - how do you really know how your teams are doing? Are they still engaged and energized by their work or silently quitting? Which ones need your attention? What obstacles are in their way of getting to true high performance? We analyzed data across 4,600+ teams and are excited to share our findings here: Top Predictors of Team Performance report.
Finally, and maybe the highest impact, is Outcomes Based Planning with OKRs. I would say now more than ever that we're seeing leaders pay attention to defining and delivering measurable outcomes, not just output. There is a shift to maximizing impact over effort which creates more rewarding work for everyone! View our Outcomes Based Planning/OKR Jump Start.
For those who may not know, we recently welcomed Srikanth Victory to the AgilityHealth leadership team as our new Chief Technical Officer. We are so excited to have someone with his expertise in leading large technology transformations and who has over 25 years of experience as an industry thought leader. Srikanth’s impressive resume includes previous executive positions at Walmart, Neiman Marcus, CommonSpirit Health, and Kimberly Clark, where he used his skills in software engineering, design, data, artificial intelligence, and analytics to produce major commercial results. He is well-positioned for success in converting and extending the AgilityHealth platform thanks to his cross-industry expertise in healthcare, retail, consumer, manufacturing, and e-commerce. If you would like some one-on-one time with our new CTO, be sure to set up a meeting today. You are also invited to follow Srikanth on LinkedIn.
Welcome aboard, Srikanth, we look forward to realizing the vision of
AgilityHealth® together.
Please reply and let us know if you would like to chat - we would be happy to learn what’s most important to you, share patterns we’re seeing, and brainstorm where we can help support your efforts.
We feel so blessed with everything that 2022 has brought to us - new colleagues, new customers, growth in our company, and the return to seeing so many of you face to face.
