Can you believe it?! 2021 is almost over! Seriously, who votes YES for subtracting 2020/2021 from our age? It’s like everything was paused for 2020 and then a quick ramp up in 2021 and I’m certain you feel the LIFTOFF that is about to happen in 2022!
We have lots to be grateful for collectively so I wanted to share a few of my personal ones...
Grateful for the most amazing AgilityHealth team members who bring their big heart and passion to what they do every day, thank you team!
Grateful for being healthy, being alive, having food on the table, having my family members here with me and always by my side.
Grateful for the customers and partners that give us meaningful work to do together. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your transformation journey!
So what’s the focus for 2022? Ummmm LOTS of topics such as accelerating Digital, Agile, Business Agility are all on the horizon. There are 3 primary themes emerging below.
It’s all about Business Outcomes and OKRs! Almost everyone I am talking to is working towards aligning the work to the strategic outcomes of the company, and looking for how to visualize this and make it easy to understand. View our Outcomes/OKR Jump Start.
Next is optimizing Team & Organizational Design for Agility - which flows into our Business Outcomes conversation. Are the teams designed in such a way that value can flow through our system? When we optimize for one thing, what are we de-optimizing for? How can we virtually reorganize our flow of work without destabilizing the people? Last but possibly most important topic of all is Talent Development - do our people have the right skills and are they in the right roles? If not, how can we get them there?
