In our constantly evolving world, there are a few things that don’t change. One of those is that customers need value from their products. What we buy may change, but the need to get value from it still remains. The idea of “customer” and “supplier” has changed dramatically in the last few decades. We now have internal teams that are suppliers of products to internal customers (think IT to the Business) and helping organizations realize value from these investments is key. 

Value Realization is a customer-centric concept that comes into play when you are able to consistently exceed your customer’s expectations. Phillip Wolf explains it well in his blog on this exact topic. Here at AgilityHealth, exceeding customer expectations is something we strive to achieve each and every day. We value the feedback you have given us to help us make our product better and provide you the value you are looking for - and we could not be more proud of the accomplishments our teams made this past year. • 4Lenz Performance Dashboard - This dashboard brings together the key metrics that affect your transformation across the organization: Flow, Value, Quality and Happiness. It brings together data from your ALM platform and AgilityHealth for a holistic view of the metrics across your organization.

FinTech Meetup 2024

We are kicking off our conference season with a new experience for us - the FinTech Meetup in Las Vegas! One of our goals this year is to meet our customers where they are…and we are trying to do this in the most literal way possible. Ready to Up Your Certification Game?

One of the strengths of our community is that we are always looking for ways to increase our knowledge. We have been developing our offering around Outcomes and OKRs for several years, and in the last few months we have developed a new OKR Champion certification to help you master defining, aligning, measuring and achieving outcomes using OKRs. We can teach this as a private workshop for your organization, or, if we have the demand, we will schedule a public workshop.
